Integrated programme of BBA Plus MBA Management is an innovative programme from S P M Institute to pursue management career after 12th, that combines the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes - BBA & MBA. The first three years (under graduation period) comprise of six semesters (two semesters in each year). The subsequent one year (Post-graduation period) comprise of four terms in a year. The programme provides an opportunity to exit at the end of third year. On successful completion of three years, a degree of Bachelors in Business Administration is awarded to a student who wishes to exit at this point. On successful completion of the entire programme, "Bachelors in Business Administration & Master of Business Administration"( Dual Specialisations) Degree and a Post Graduate diploma in Leadership Development will be awarded.
The first year of the Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA has been designed to offer students a first insight into business from an instrumental perspective. This emphasis on the instrumental standpoint ensures the Program's first learning objective is met, which is to help students acquire basic language skills in a business context. This involves an in-depth knowledge of fundamental management concepts and tools.
The second year provides students with a comprehensive vision of the different functional areas of a business, meeting the second BBA objective: to develop the skills needed for students to acquire a comprehensive, general vision of business organisations and their environment, which goes beyond functional aspects.
Once students have studied the functional areas in depth, the third year offers them the opportunity to take part in unique mandatory work experiences, designed to develop their academic and professional potential to the full.
